Greet the season with some refreshing dishes from veteran eateries. Here are a few choices to put some spring in your appetite.
An obvious choice at reliable Arturo's is the torta primavera, a savory union of crepes layered with vegetables, cheeses, and cured meats, all delectable. Supplement it with other selections from the excellent antipasti. And follow with angel hair al pesto, finished with goat cheese.
