East Hampton and Montauk brought out the stars this past weekend.
Matthew Broderick, Heather Locklear and Long Island’s own Alec Baldwin were spotted enjoying Italian cuisine at cittanuova in East Hampton, according to employee Kate Montella.
20/20 anchor John Quinones dined with friends at Bostwick’s Chowder House in East Hampton last Friday. The group chowed down on tomato and mozzarella stacks, blackened mahi mahi, a cheeseburger and roasted corn chowder.
The next night Bostwick’s hosted David Johansen, the rocker better known as Buster Poindexter. The former New York Dolls band member and a friend had a fried oyster appetizer, New England clam chowder, fish and chips, and seafood pasta.
Saturday night was busy for trendy hot spot Nick & Toni’s in East Hampton. Famed chef Eric Ripert dined with his wife and friends. Actress Blythe Danner, along with five of her friends, including writer Loraine Boyle, enjoyed their meals on the restaurant’s porch.
George Stephanopoulos was spotted at Nick & Toni’s. Spending the weekend in the Hamptons, Stephanopoulos was also seen at vegetarian- inspired Babette's.
Babette’s was also visited by rapper Jay-Z, his protégée Rihanna, and CEO of Island Def Jam, LA Reid, said manager Bernice Papia.
Sexually driven Sonya Morgan of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York was spotted with her daughter at Navy Beach in Montauk.
