Owner Sosh Andriano said that a newly installed detachable glass enclosure keeps the chill winds away and may make it possible for the water-view place to stay open most of the year. The enclosure is stowed in summer, when plastic wind curtains are used on rainy days. For very hot days, a new misting system is supposed to lower the outdoor temperature by about 10 degrees. 
 Currently, the place has a rotating collection of 12 craft beers, which, along with appetizers, go for half price on Thursday “tap and app” nights. Taco Tuesday features $2 tacos and, Andriano said, probably a long wait for a table.
