A big hearty bowl of curry noodle soup with vegetables brightened a recent lunch at Zen Asian Bistro & Sushi, a new pan Asian restaurant in Williston Park.
The sushi rolls I sampled were perfectly fine. And even if the noodles in the pad Thai were a trifle overcooked, the dish had good flavor. But what really stood out was this spunky, substantial, sinus-clearing soup.
Something to keep in mind for a chilly, windy day.
