Ideal Cheese & Wine Café will hold a seminar June 9 at 7 p.m. featuring the cheeses and wines of Italy. Guests will taste five cheeses and five wines. The cost is $48. Tickets must be purchased in advance and are nonrefundable. Stop by the store or call to reserve a place.
If you can’t make it on Thursday — or you don’t like Italian wines or cheeses — Spain is the focus of Ideal’s next seminar on June 16.
