Woodbury: Coal-fired pizza coming

The second Long Island branch of Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is scheduled to open Tuesday in Woodbury.
The eatery will be at 8063 Jericho Tpke.; 516-367-2625. There's also a branch in Carle Place, at 137 Old Country Rd.; 516-877-7750.
NFL Hall of Famer Dan Marino, a partner in Anthony's, makes an appearance at an invitation-only event at the new branch on Monday. "Eggplant Marino" is among the menu highlights.
In addition to traditional pies, you'll find "specialty" pizzas that range from roasted cauliflower to Philly cheesesteak. Family-style platters include pork ribs with vinegar peppers and sausages with broccoli rabe.
The South Florida chain has 20 restaurants, primarily in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach area and in St. Petersburg-Tampa.
