Nisen, the two-star Japanese restaurant in Woodbury, hosts a dinner on Monday, June 6, highlighting the wines of Joseph Phelps Vineyard, one of the top Napa Valley  producers.

The cost of  the five-course dinner is $125, plus tax and tip. The festivities will go from 6:30 to 10 p.m.

Expect bluefin tuna "crunch" with spicy garlic aioli with the Phelps 2007 Sauvignon Blanc; wild mushroom-scallop ravioli with artichoke barigoule, paired ith the 2007 cabernet sauvignon; peppered and seared tuna with Le Mistral, a red blend; grilled, aged Wagyu rib-eye steak, with the winery's signature cuvee, Insignia; and Valrhona dark chocolate mousse with Eisrebe, the Phelps dessert wine.
