The Global Exploration program at the Hofstra University Museum is a monthly series of one-hour lectures and conversations that examines different cultures around the world through works of art and cultural objects. February's subject is Chinese and Japanese scroll paintings.

This month's event is being held Feb. 15 from 2 to 3 p.m. at the museum's Emily Lowe Gallery. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for people 65 and older. A Global Exploration lecture will be given each month through August.
