The unemployment rate for Americans older than 55 is at the highest point since the Great Depression. And because some of these older job seekers haven't had to look for work for years, their resumés are rusty and their interview skills are lacking.

A new brochure, "Employment Options: Tips for Older Job Seekers," offers guidance on how to find job leads even for positions that have not been advertised and has tips on polishing your resumé and your interview techniques.

The free brochure, a project of the Eldercare Locator and Senior Service America, can be downloaded by going to n4a.org and typing "employment options" in the search box.
