Free driving workshop for seniors from AAA

Senior groups and organizations looking to help their members stay safe, whether they are behind the wheel or on foot, can take advantage of a free offer from AAA New York.
The Garden City-based not-for-profit organization is providing its Senior Safe Driving and Pedestrian workshop as a community service to area senior groups with at least 20 members. The one-hour workshop, presented by an expert from AAA, includes information on how seniors can compensate for many of the most common effects of aging, such as deteriorating vision and reduced flexibility.
