Free health screenings at St. Francis Hospital on April 18

Find out how healthy you are and then do something to boost your well-being at the free Spring Health Fair and Screening Day presented by St. Francis Hospital.
There will be screenings for hypertension, cholesterol, diabetes, cancer and other serious conditions. The fair also includes question-and-answer sessions with health care professionals and information on stroke prevention and pain management. Also on the schedule are healthy cooking demonstrations and balance training. After the screenings and fair, you are invited to lace up your sneakers and head outside for an invigorating heart walk.
The fair is Saturday, April 18, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at St. Francis Hospital's DeMatteis Center for Cardiac Research and Education in Greenvale.
