Nassau Bar has free clinic for seniors

Nassau seniors who have some unfinished legal problems and concerns from 2012 can get free answers and advice from lawyers at the Nassau County Bar Association.

The bar association, which sponsors free legal events throughout the year, is holding its first seniors' consultation clinic of 2013 on Wednesday, 9:30-11 a.m.

At the clinic, Nassau seniors 65 and older will meet one-on-one with a lawyer for a 30-minute private consultation on any legal topic. The lawyer will offer advice and counsel but cannot represent you in your case.

The clinic is at the bar association's headquarters at 15th and West streets in Mineola. Reservations are required. Call 516-747-4070 or email info@nassaubar .org.
