Program helps seniors avoid scams and fraud
Patchogue-Medford Library is holding a free workshop aimed at helping seniors identify and avoid common scams and fraud.
The seminar, presented by Assemb. Ann-Margaret Carrozza (D-Bayside), is 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday. Carrozza, an elder-law attorney, will discuss the type of estate-planning documents you should have and long-term-care insurance.
