Is buying or selling a house on your 2016 agenda? Redfin has unveiled an online tool that it says can offer a better instant home appraisal. The real estate website says the tool is the only one that calculates a property’s market value by looking at “100 percent of the homes” on the Multiple Listing Service. Redfin adds that the data it uses to calculate a home estimate has the “lowest published error rate” on the real estate market.
You do not have to register or give your name or any other personal information to use the tool. All you have to do is enter the address of the property for which you want an estimate.
