SeniorNet to host seminar on home networks
Years ago, network meant ABC, CBS or NBC. Now it also means your den, home office and bedrooms.
If you have Internet access and more than one computer in your home and want to learn how to set up a home network, SeniorNet is holding a seminar Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. in the Family Service League Building in Huntington.
Instructors will offer advice on the hardware, software and other equipment you need to share the Internet and your files among all the computers in your home.
The seminar is free and open to all ages. For more information, call 631-427-3700, ext. 268.
