The classes are free to community residents.
Classes at South Brookhaven Family Health Center in Patchogue begin Thursday and continue for three more weeks. Each two-hour class starts at 5:30 p.m.
The workshops also will be held at the Maxine Postal Tri-Community Health Center in Amityville for four Tuesdays beginning March 6. Each of these classes meets 2-4 p.m.
