Tip: Seminar for adult kids, aging parents

A free seminar may help Nassau seniors and their adult children tackle the realities of getting older.

"Planning With Your Aging Parents" brings together a panel of attorneys who specialize in elder law, social services and health-care advocacy. Among the topics are how to set up a power of attorney, living wills, health-care proxies and geriatric management. There also will be discussions about estate-planning strategies including wills, trusts and how to finance long-term care.
