A 6,500-square foot, five-bedroom Westhampton Beach home on 2 acres sold for $4.25 million, said to be a recent-year record high for a nonwaterfront home in the area. The Hamptons-style home was on the market for three months with Patrick Galway of Town and Country Real Estate. "The location, the unusual size of the property and the quality of the home" were responsible for the sale, he says.Amenities include a gunite pool, tennis court, putting green and baseball diamond.
