A peek inside my garden...

These Limoncello roses bloom all summer long. (June 22, 2012) Credit: Jessica Damiano
Took a walk around the garden on the first day of summer, assessing what was blooming and what was about to burst open.
The hydrangeas were covered with bright blue lacecap blooms, Campanulas were showing their stuff up against white lattice, pears were plumping on the tree, roses were floriferous, and herbs and vegetables were free from blight, pests and disease.
