Last summer, the New York Shakespeare Festival had a big success with a rotating repertory and a single company of actors. There's no Al Pacino this summer, but the concept is back, with two late Shakespeare dramas -- both challenging, even disturbing fare for eight weeks of free theater at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park, off 80th Street. The company includes John Cullum, Tonya Pinkins, Annie Parisse and Michael Hayden.
