$32,000 reward in NYPD cops' shootings
THE REWARD
A $32,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest of the suspect in Wednesday's shooting of NYPD Sgt. Craig Bier, of Hicksville, in Jamaica, Queens. The NYPD, COP-SHOT and Sergeants Benevolent Association each contributed $10,000, with Crime Stoppers
adding $2,000.
THE SUSPECT
Described as a 24-year-old male,
5-foot-11, 180 pounds, with long hair.
ANOTHER SHOOTING
The same reward is being offered in connection with a July 5 shooting that wounded NYPD Officer Brian Groves, of Patchogue, in Manhattan's Lower East Side.
