Nassau police report that Jericho Turnpike in Syosset is closed in both directions between Robbins Lane and Underhill Boulevard due to a serious accident.
Police said the call for the accident came in at 4:51 p.m. Sunday, but had no details on the number of vehicles involved or possible injuries.
