President-elect Joe Biden will soon introduce legislation that would provide an 8-year path to citizenship for millions of people living in the United States illegally. The Associated Press reports Biden will introduce the bill shortly after his inauguration Wednesday. Newsday's Cecilia Dowd has the story.
