Boy, 15, in critical after Farmingville bike accident

A 15-year-old bicyclist remained hospitalized in critical condition following an accident Monday in Farmingville, Suffolk County police said.
Police said Tuesday morning that the boy was riding his bicycle on Adirondack Drive near Sunrise Place when he was struck by a car at about 5 p.m.
The driver was not charged - and no charges are expected, police said Tuesday.
No other details were immediately available. The boy's identity has not been released.
