Brooklyn blaze displaces 100 families
A fire engulfed the upper floors of an apartment building in Brooklyn's Flatbush neighborhood Thursday morning, injuring 26 firefighters and displacing more than 100 families.
The flames erupted on a top floor of the seven-story building, the fire department said.
Authorities said one firefighter was seriously hurt, and one civilian was treated at the scene. -- AP
