Hustle for the Muscle
The Southampton Youth Bureau will be sponsoring hustle for the muscle. This program will teach students in grades K -2 about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle through physical activity, nutrition, personal hygiene and mental self-care. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
