Fifth Squad detectives are looking for a man who used a gun to rob an Elmont Dunkin' Donuts store Sunday, Nassau police said.

Police said a man entered the doughnut shop at 238-19 Linden Boulevard at about 1:23 a.m. and made a purchase. As the shop's clerk, a 34-year-old man, was making change, the customer pulled a handgun and demanded money.

The clerk gave the man an undetermined amount of cash, and the suspect fled on foot in an unknown direction, police said.

No one was injured in the robbery, according to a police report.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers, 800-244-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
