Cops: Suffolk couple with dementia found
Suffolk police say they have located an elderly couple who had been missing for several hours after being last seen leaving a doctor's office in Massapequa Tuesday afternoon.
Mario and Nancy Sciubba, both 85, left Massapequa Podiatry Associates at 4160 Merrick Rd., at 2 p.m. Tuesday, police said. They were in their tan Crown Victoria, but they never made it home to West Babylon, police said.
The two suffer from dementia and have other health problems, police said.
Police said in a 11:50 p.m. news release that the couple had been found and the two were uninjured.
