Crash shuts eastbound Sunrise Highway in Mastic, police say
The eastbound Sunrise Highway in Mastic was shut down Thursday after a box truck crashed into a tree, Suffolk police said.
It was not immediately known if anyone was injured.
The crash occured at 2:47 p.m. just east of Sunrise Highway and William Floyd Parkway, police said.
