2 men rob East Farmingdale pharmacy of cash, drugs, cops say
An East Farmingdale pharmacy was robbed at gunpoint by two men Saturday morning, Suffolk County police said.
There were no injuries.
According to a police report, the robbery happened about 10:30 a.m. when two men, one armed with a gun, entered County Line Pharmacy, 1111 Broadway, and demanded prescription medication from an employee.
The men stole money from the cash register and prescription medication and fled on foot, police said.
Police said the suspects both wore dark-colored hooded sweatshirts but no detailed descriptions were available.
