Six cars parked in West Hempstead were damaged from Thursday night to Friday morning, Nassau police said.

The criminal mischief occurred between 6 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. Friday, police said.

In two cases on Arden Boulevard, a 2010 Dodge had its rear window broken and a drill and drill bits taken, police said, and a 2006 Hyundai had its windshield broken.

A 2006 Honda on Park Avenue and a 2009 Nissan on Maple Street had their rear windshields broken, police said.

On Wilson Street, a 2005 Audi had its windshield smashed, police said.

On Jackson Avenue, a 2007 Nissan also had a broken window, police said.
