Disbarred attorney sentenced to 51 months for stealing from sick 9/11 responder

Disbarred attorney Gustavo Vila of Yorktown Heights on Monday was sentenced to 51 months in prison by a federal judge for the theft of nearly $1 million in 9/11 victim compensation from ex-NYPD cop John Ferreyra of Kings Park.
