Activists call for Cuomo to reject Nassau police reform plan

Members of Long Island Advocates for Police Accountability and other activists spoke at a news conference Thursday where they urged Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo to withhold state funds for Nassau police until the county amends its reform plan to address what they said is structural racial bias in the police department.
