Who shot and killed Allen Simpkins Jr.?
That’s the question being asked by Nassau County police, and now they’re asking your help in finding the killer.
Simpkins, 46, was shot several times in front of a home on John Street in Roosevelt on Saturday at 3:54 a.m.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are asking anyone with information about the killing to call Crime Stoppers at 800-244-8477. All calls will be kept confidential, and police said callers are eligible for a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.
