Nassau County police said they are looking for a man who robbed a Chase bank in Cedarhurst on Monday.

At about 5 p.m., a man approached one of the windows in the bank at 446 Central Ave. and gave a teller a note demanding money, police said.

The suspect got an undisclosed amount of cash and fled east on Central Avenue, police said.

Six employees and three customers were in the bank at the time but none was injured, police said.

Police said the suspect is about 40 to 45 years old and 5-foot-3 to 5-foot-5 with a thin build. He was wearing a green hoodie and a green jacket.
