Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Fifth Squad detectives are seeking the public's help to identify and locate the person or people who stole a child's wheelchair, similar to the one pictured, from a vehicle in Holbrook between 11:30 p.m. March 29 and 1 p.m. March 30, 2016. Suffolk County police and Crime Stoppers are trying to determine who stole a child’s wheelchair from a sport utility vehicle in Holbrook in March.

Police on Wednesday released a photograph of the model type of chair that was lifted from a 2014 Ford Escape parked on Grundy Avenue.

Also taken with the wheelchair, which belonged to a child, were some medication and a credit card, police said.

The items were taken sometime between 11:30 p.m. March 29 and 1 p.m. March 30, police said.
