Cops: Inspection decals stolen from Wantagh Mazda dealership

Nassau County police are searching for a man suspected of stealing dozens of inspection and emission stickers, valued at $1,130, from a Mazda dealership in Wantagh last month.
The suspect swiped 39 safety inspection stickers from the auto dealership, at 3180 Sunrise Hwy., at about 5:40 p.m. May 20, police said.
The suspect also took 20 diesel emission stickers, which are required for many cars at the time of the safety inspection, police said.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about the theft to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 800-244-8477.
