Authorities are investigating a Sunday morning bias incident in which swastikas, anti-Semitic writings, profanities and the name of the MS-13 gang were spray-painted on walls, doors and windows in the rear of Syosset High School, Nassau County police said.

A school security officer discovered the vandalism at the building on South Woods Road shortly before 7 a.m., according to detectives, who said the spray-painting was likely done between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m.

Detectives ask anyone with information to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
