Two TD Bank branches were robbed by the same person Tuesday within a half hour of one another, police said, one in Franklin Square and the other in Floral Park.

A man entered a TD branch at 690 Hempstead Tpke. in Franklin Square at 1:35 p.m., police said, demanded money from a teller, and then fled on foot with the cash eastbound on Hempstead Turnpike.

The same man entered a TD branch at 372 Jericho Tpke., in Floral Park 25 minutes later, police said. He again, demanded money from a teller, and then fled the bank with the cash, first westbound on Jericho Turnpike and then south on Linden Avenue.

No one was injured in the robberies, police said.

The robber is about 30-years-old, 5-foot-11 inches tall, police said, and was wearing a gray kangol type hat, a red and white striped shirt and dark shorts.
