North Babylon bank robbed; cops seek public’s help

A man demanded cash from a North Babylon bank Thursday and ran off with the money, Suffolk police said.
Detectives want the public’s help in finding the robber who went into the Capital One branch at 1383 Deer Park Ave. about 4:05 p.m. He headed southeast from the bank, police said.
He appeared to be 25 to 30 years old and about 5 feet 10 inches with a slim build, police said. His pants and top were both baggy and dark colored, police said.
