Police: Man sought in two Suffolk pharmacy robberies

Who robbed two pharmacies last month in Suffolk County? That’s what police want to know — and they’re hoping you can help them find out and locate the suspect.
The first robbery occurred at a CVS on Terry Road in Smithtown at approximately 2 p.m. on Nov. 18, Suffolk County police said, the suspect stealing an unspecified amount and type of drugs.
Police said the same suspect is believed to have robbed a ShopRite pharmacy on Nesconset Highway in Hauppauge at about 1:30 p.m. on Nov. 29. Police said the man stole drugs.
Police released a surveillance photograph of the suspect, who is wearing dark clothing, including a ski mask and gloves. Police ask anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. All calls will remain confidential.
Callers are eligible for a cash reward of up to $5,000 for any information leading to an arrest.
