Police: Teen struck Dominos Pizza employee in head with knife inside Bellmore eatery

Nassau County police arrested a 15-year-old boy, charged with assaulting a Dominos Pizza employee Friday night with a knife in Bellmore.
Police said the teen was arguing with a 19-year-old employee at 10 p.m. inside the restaurant at 2150 Bellmore Avenue. The 15-year-old then struck the employee in the back of the head with a knife, police said.
The employee was taken to a hospital to be treated for a laceration and the 15-year-old was arrested, police said.
The teen, who was not identified since he is a minor, was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He was set to be arraigned in Youth Court at First District Court in Hempstead.
