Ann Marie Drago was convicted Wednesday of criminally negligent homicide in connection with the death of anti-gang activist Evelyn Rodriguez. She was also convicted of petit larceny and criminal mischief. She faces a maximum of 1 1/3 – 4 years behind bars.
