Cops: Driver hurt, charged with DWI in West Babylon crash

A driver who hit a utility pole late Thursday in West Babylon was arrested and charged with drunken driving, Suffolk County police said.
Karen Zangri, 50, of Babylon, was heading north on East Little Neck Road about 11:30 p.m. when she hit the pole near Rutland Road, police said.
Her 2016 Honda Pilot overturned and she had to be extracted by the West Babylon Fire Department, police said.
She was hospitalized with minor injuries and will be arraigned later, police said.
