Cops: Four teens wounded in Freeport drive-by shooting

Four teenagers were wounded late Saturday in a drive-by shooting outside a Freeport house party, Nassau County police said.
Attendees of a large house party on Babylon Turnpike had dispersed onto surrounding streets shortly before midnight, according to police. Someone in an unknown vehicle traveling south on Babylon Turnpike near Independence Avenue fired multiple rounds, hitting the teens as they left the party.
The victims, a 14-year-old boy, two 16-year-old boys and a 16-year-old girl, were transported to area hospitals, police said.
No information was immediately available on their conditions.
