Suffolk police search for armed robber who hit three gas stations

Suffolk County police and Crime Stoppers are searching for the man armed with a knife who robbed three gas stations in the past two months.
Authorities released images and a video of the suspect in a news release Tuesday morning.
The man, armed with a folding knife, entered the Conoco at 3089 Middle Country Rd. in Lake Grove about 5:45 p.m. Friday and demanded cash from an employee, authorities said. He fled with cash.
Earlier this month, about 3:50 a.m. on Dec. 8, the man robbed the Sunoco at 360 Wheeler Rd. in Hauppauge, authorities said. Last month, about 11:05 p.m. on Nov. 4, he robbed the Sunoco at 1985 Deer Park Ave. in Deer Park.
The man was described as in his mid-30s or 40s with a limp, authorities said. He was wearing jeans and a black hooded jacket.
