A man spraypainted “KKK” and other “non-bias graffiti” on a medical clinic in East Meadow on Friday night, according to the Nassau County Police Department.

The graffiti was spraypainted at the Urgent Care located at 2310 Hempstead Turnpike, the department wrote in a news release. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m., police said.
