A Hampton Bays man faces a felony charge for driving drunk with a suspended license Tuesday, Southampton Town police said.

Police investigating a motor-vehicle accident on Springville Road in Hampton Bays at about 7:30 p.m. said Luciano Martinez, 32, was driving drunk. Police said Martinez also had a suspended license.

There were no injuries, and no other information on the accident was immediately available.

Martinez is charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, and aggravated driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation, both misdemeanors, police said.

His arraignment information was not immediately available.
