Hampton Bays man charged with DWI
A Hampton Bays man has been arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated and running a stop sign, Southampton Town police said.
Gentraras Stasiunaitis, 44, was driving on Springville Road in Hampton Bays at about 6 p.m. Monday when police said he ran a stop sign.
Further investigation revealed that Stasiunaitis was driving while intoxicated, police said.
He was held overnight. Arraignment details were unclear.
