Harendra Singh, Frederick Mei sentenced in Mangano corruption case

Harendra Singh and Frederick Mei, two witnesses who testified against former Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano at his 2019 corruption trial, were sentenced Wednesday in Federal Court in Central Islip. Singh received a 4-year sentence and Mei received a 2-year sentence, with both scheduled to surrender on Jan. 24. NewsdayTV's Macy Egeland reports.
